Meet the Team
Sam
Our Favorite Dog Trainer
I am a CGC certified Dog Trainer with my bachelors degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. I have 5 years of hands-on experience helping families build stronger, and happier relationships with their dogs. Training has always been more than a job for me; it’s something I genuinely love. Whether I’m working with a playful puppy or a nervous rescue, I focus on patience, understanding, and positive reinforcement to help every dog learn in a way that feels safe and encouraging.
I take the time to understand each dog’s personality and each family’s goals so the training plan fits your lifestyle and your pup’s needs. My approach is calm, supportive, and focused on clear communication so you feel confident working with your dog long after each session. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: a happier dog, a less-stressed owner, and a home that feels more peaceful for both of you.

Shay
The reason behind Sam's success
Shay is a Lab, Pitbull, Husky and Chow-Chow mix. Shay’s favorite activity is going for long walks around the park and showing off her tricks to new people. Shay’s favorite tricks are reading cue cards and identifying frisbees by color!
Bre
Our favorite Pet Sitter, Dog Walker, Dog Trainer Apprentice
I am CPR and First Aid certified, have been pet sitting since I was 16, and hold a B.S. in Animal Science from NCSU. I’ve worked over five years in a pet boarding facility, plus time in a dog training center and an animal shelter. I’ve also volunteered at a therapeutic riding center and currently volunteer with the Cumberland County Lincoln Animal Shelter.
These experiences have taught me that every pet is unique. I quickly learn each animal’s personality and adjust care to make them feel safe, respected, and understood. I’m patient with shy or fearful pets and committed to building trust at their pace. I also have experience caring for animals with special needs, including administering insulin and other medications. I regularly complete positive, science-based dog training courses to stay current on effective, compassionate handling and communication.
I would be thrilled to be your pal’s next best friend. Thank you for choosing Pawsitive Vibes—where positive experiences guide everything we do!

Sophie, Jinx, Remy
The motivations driving Bre's passion
Sophie is a 13 year old Chi-weenie (chihuahua/dachshund mix). She is such a sweetheart to everyone. She loves playing with toys, eating treats, cuddling and going for nature walks.
Jinx is a 9 year old black cat that loves to cuddle and is hilariously lazy when she plays with toys. She has a very unique meow, which adds to her charm!
Remy is a 9 year old tabby cat and he is such a playful and vocal boy! He's a professional mouse catcher as well, he loves to stay active!
These are my best friends, they motivate and keep me cheery every day!
